This cycle lane connects the secondary and primary network of municipal bike lanes in Sant Just Desvern. Additionally, the project sought to maximize road safety benefits and ensure pedestrians and cyclists could coexist at bus stops coinciding with the bike lane.

The projects aimed to convert Oakridge Boulevard into a “Complete Street,” which provides a facility for multiple modes of transportation, including drivers, bicycles, and pedestrians. It was the first time that the Zipper® system was used for an FDOT construction project.
This cycle lane is part of the metropolitan master plan and connects the northern area with the city center of Clermont-Ferrand. It covers 2.5 km and is highly used by citizens who commute by bike daily. One of the project requirements was to construct a safe and reversible bike lane while ensuring accessibility at the coinciding bus stop.
The objective of this project was to create a safe cycle lane on Ocean Drive for the growing number of cyclists in Miami Beach. Additionally, the project had to meet the city’s reversibility requirements, as the street needs to be regularly repurposed to safely and accessibly host various events at this location.
